Asian Indian Cultural Awareness Training Program (AICAT)
- 504 healthcare providers trained to date with skills to improve care of Asian Indian patients
- 75 Licensing Credits for Nurses, Physicians, and Social Workers provided through trainings
SKN South Asian Diabetes Center at Saint Peter’s University Hospital
- A comprehensive Care Center created at Saint Peter’s University Hospital in 2018 with a South Asian Dietician, Endocrinologist, and a Diabetes Educator
- Care coordination for South Asian patients with Diabetes
- Over two dozen awareness events to educate thousands of South Asians about Diabetes
