Avinash has over two decades of rich experience in the areas of Global Cross Border Collaboration, Strategy and Implementation.

He has over the years developed and honed skills in General Management, Sales Leadership, Organizational Change Management & Leadership, Negotiation, Branding and Marketing, Human Relations and People Management as well as managing complex and Global P&Ls.

Avinash has a deep understanding of Digital Transformation, CyberSecurity, Cloud Migration, Digital Marketing, Data Science & Analytics, Mobile Applications, Web/Health 3.0 Concepts and their application to socio-behavior patterns of various global customer demographics.

He is currently the President of 22nd Century Solutions Inc. which is a Global IT Services firm. 22nd Century Solutions offers IT Services around CyberSecurity, Cloud Migration and Staffing across a diverse section of skills ranging from IT, Engineering, Healthcare, F&A, Customer Care etc., along with offering IT related Professional Services to clients in the US and India.

Avinash also serves as the MD of Excel Ventures, an early stage Incubation family office which invests in the Technology, Healthcare and Services segment primarily in the Indo-US Corridor. He has been an initial/early investor in “unicorn” level companies such as DoubleClick, Affle, Axtria, Druva etc. which went on to create valuations in the Billion $+ range.
