This year’s gala featured our SKN Foundation’s SCOPE Special needs Community Outreach Program. SCOPE aims to foster opportunity, awareness and inclusion to enable individuals with special needs to flourish and lead meaningful integrated lives in society.

Shri Krishna Nidhi (SKN) Foundation is a not-for-profit organization with a mission to promote total wellness of the person and community through education.

With your support, SKN is able to expand our current care, advocacy, research, and education initiatives to support South Asians in need.

Our Special Guests

V R Ferose – Keynote Speaker

Based in California, Ferose heads the SAP Academy for Engineering in San Ramon. The mission of the organization is to create the next generation of engineers who are involved in solving some of the most complex problems in the world.

Ferose is the founder of the India Inclusion Foundation a Bengaluru based nonprofit that aims to bring the topic of inclusion to the forefront in India. The India Inclusion Summit, The Inclusion Fellowship, Art For Inclusion and The Inclusive Walkathon , Everyone Is Good at Something, are some of the initiatives under the nonprofit.

Ferose co-authored the #1 Bestseller The Invisible Majority: India’s Abled Disabled.

He co-authored the best-selling book GIFTED: Inspiring Stories of People with Disabilities. The book has been translated into six Indian regional languages.

Omi Vaidya – Celebrity Actor Host

Omi Vaidya is an Indian American actor who is best known for his performance as Chatur Ramalingam or “The Silencer” in the 2009 Bollywood film, 3 Idiots. In addition, Vaidya has directed two short films and worked as an editor on others. He has also appeared in a number of television programs and commercials.

Neel Madhav – Extraordinary Illusionist

Neel Madhav is an Indian television personality, public speaker, actor, author, mentalist, TedX Speaker, illusionist and represents FashionTV International in India. He hosts the travel and magic TV show You Got Magic with Neel Madhav.

EPIC Players (Empower, Perform, Include, Create), is a nonprofit, neuro-diverse theatre company dedicated to creating professional performing arts opportunities and supportive social communities in the arts for persons with developmental disabilities. Via inclusive mainstage productions, musical cabarets, original showcases, skills-based classes, and career resources, we hope to increase critical employment opportunities, pioneer increased inclusion in the arts, and break down social stigmas surrounding neuro-diverse communities.
