Anjali is a mom of 2 beautiful kids who lives with her family in Berkeley Heights, NJ. She worked as an IT professional for over 13 years until she quit her job to be more involved in the life of her kids, who are both diagnosed on the autism spectrum. Since then, she has involved herself with learning anything and everything about special education and parental rights. She has attended training and workshops related to early intervention, IEPs, 504 plans, Transition to Adult life, and special education laws. She has also completed the SPAN Resource Parent training, as well as the Special Education Volunteer Advocates program. Anjali strongly believes that early intervention and parent advocacy is the key for kids to reach their maximum potential.
In her spare time, Anjali loves to practice Bharatanatyam, read books, listen to music, and practice meditation.
