Along with being a mom to a teen boy with disabilities, Indu is certified in Autism from IBCCES Board. She actively participates in special needs forums, YMCA, school PTO and at community events. She worked as an IT professional for a decade prior to motherhood.

 Indu believes that parenting a special needs child is never easy, finding support should be. Genuine towards community building, she envisions that the disabled South Asians of New Jersey come together and thrive as a fraternity.

 Practicing meditation and Zumba dancing keeps her happy !
